SESSIONS 1 - 6
Personalized Support
You'll receive six (6) 60-minute online coaching sessions, which must be completed within 6 months. This is by design. Coaching makes the most impact when we're meeting regularly, with some time in between sessions for you to reflect on and practice what you're learning, but not too much time between sessions that you lose momentum with your progress. It is recommended that we meet once monthly for six months, but you get to choose the schedule that works best for you!
