The Willown Way 

Step 1 requires you to assess your current conditions - within your environment and yourself - before you can start to change those conditions.  So in this course, you'll explore your natural tendencies, reactions and behaviors to change and you'll learn how to improve your readiness for change.

Step 2 requires you to create a "business case" for yourself, which explains why your goal is important, how you'll benefit from achieving it and why you need to devote your energy to it. So in this course, you'll illuminate your greatest needs and motivations to ensure you're working on the right goals.

Step 3 requires you to create a plan towards success.  You'll start by exploring a process that will help you create a feasible work plan, so that you can effectively manage your time, energy and effort - and still reach your goal.

In this course, you'll continue to explore Step 3 by learning how to create a customized roadblock management plan to help you overcome the obstacles and challenges that may arise, so that you can maintain momentum and avoid getting "stuck" or derailed.

Step 4 requires you to find the right people to help you.  It's something I call your coalition of support. So let's identify the people you need to invite into your coalition. You'll also learn how to create a customized engagement plan that helps you leverage those relationships in a way that nurtures the growth of you and your coalition.
